Reason being for me? 1.5 games ahead of Texas still feels good going down the stretch, and it would keep the Red Sox within shouting distance of the division. I still haven't ruled that out.

Plus, yeah, I always like to see the Yankees lose, too.Bryan Personhttp://www.bryanperson.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29213404.post-5454935059926947272009-08-26T12:56:35.267-04:002009-08-26T12:56:35.267-04:00Starting to wonder if Tim is the second coming...?...Starting to wonder if Tim is the second coming...?Jim Storerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02319071534216133962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29213404.post-88664117960272405172009-08-26T12:34:07.977-04:002009-08-26T12:34:07.977-04:00One other piece of this puzzle: the universe is a ...One other piece of this puzzle: the universe is a better place if the Rangers win their first championship before the Yanks win their 27th.Tim Walkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03081770448216226755noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29213404.post-14457796955948927772009-08-26T12:32:57.328-04:002009-08-26T12:32:57.328-04:00Hopefully you wouldn't keep us as friends if w...Hopefully you wouldn't keep us as friends if we didn't...Aaron_Strouthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09964204478772858370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29213404.post-90214916578248030422009-08-26T12:30:41.862-04:002009-08-26T12:30:41.862-04:00I'm glad I consider the three of you friends. ...I'm glad I consider the three of you friends. Even if the Yankees were in last place and the Sox were vying for a wild card spot against Texas with a one game deficit, I'd still be cheering against the Yankees. I'll admit, two World Series wins in the last five years made me a tad complacent in my dislike for the Yanks... that war right up until the most recent 4 game sweep in the Bronx. Losing 2/3 in Boston only helped fuel the fire. I am now back to full on "at any cost" dislike for the boys in pinstripes.Aaron_Strouthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09964204478772858370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29213404.post-89611178961595175062009-08-26T10:31:08.158-04:002009-08-26T10:31:08.158-04:00I'm with Tim...
